Every employee starts with 25 days' holiday per year. The longer they work for the company, the more holiday they are entitled to: after one year, they are entitled to 27 days, and after four years, they are entitled to 30 days. Employees and up to three accompanying persons receive a 50% discount on all of the hotel's gastronomic offerings, subject to prior registration with the relevant department heads. There are often long working days in the hotel industry - even we cannot always avoid this. We therefore ensure that any overtime in excess of the regular 39 hours is recorded in the time recording system and compensated in the form of time off.

Our employees also come together outside of working hours to take part in joint activities. This allows them to get to know each other better away from the daily work routine and promotes team cohesion. Where possible, we also invite all employees to a big party once or twice a year.
